Call Coaching Agent
Score every call. See patterns over months.
Coach on evidence, not gut feel.
Gong scores calls too. But Gong’s rubric is fixed. Ours moulds to your sales playbook, your stages, and your definition of a good call. Every call scored in under 60 seconds.
Why it matters
Three things every sales team gets wrong on coaching.
1. Recency bias
Managers coach off the last one or two calls they happened to hear. Quarterly and yearly feedback rests on cherry-picked moments. This agent scores every call, so reviews rest on the full record.
2. Vague feedback
“You need better discovery” is not coachable. This agent flags the exact question you should have asked and the minute the opening lost the buyer. Evidence, not opinions.
3. Trend blindness
One good call and one bad call look the same on a spreadsheet. Pattern summaries make the trend visible. Where a rep is improving, where they are stuck.
Per call
What you get after every call.
A stage-aware score
Every signal scored against the stage this call was in. A discovery call is graded on curiosity and mutual next steps. A demo is graded on chunking and buyer checkpoints. A negotiation is graded on multi-threading and terms clarity.
Three things done well
With time-stamped evidence. The exact quote, the exact minute. No vague praise.
Three things to improve
With the specific missed question, the missed follow-up, or the missed hook. Coachable to the next call.
Next steps captured
Pulled from what was actually agreed on the call. Separate structured field, not a paragraph.
Across many calls
Patterns over months. Not just moments.
A pattern summary shows what a rep is consistently doing well and where they consistently need help. Ready for the quarterly review, and for the yearly one.
Sample pattern summary
Over the last 5 calls, this rep did well in:
- ✓Objection handling
- ✓Opening and agenda setting
- ✓Value framing
Over the same 5 calls, this rep needs work on:
- →Asking more probing questions
- →Next steps and planning
- →Follow-up cadence
Trend arrows show where the rep is improving and where they are stuck. No cherry-picking. No recency bias.
Made to fit
Custom to your playbook. Not a fixed rubric.
Every customer has a different sales playbook. Different stages. Different signals that matter. A field enterprise team runs a different motion than an inside sales team, and both should be coached against their own definition of a good call.
On setup, the rubric is tuned to your playbook. You add stages, remove parameters, and reweight signals. The default covers 7 stages and 47 parameters. Most teams keep 10 to 15 at the end of the tuning exercise. It takes a day, not a quarter.
The complexity of your motion drives the depth of the rubric. Simpler sale, simpler rubric. Complex enterprise sale with 6 stakeholders and 90-day cycles, richer rubric.
Best fit
Who this is built for.
Sales managers
Coach every week. Have your notes hold up in a QBR because they trace back to specific calls.
Enablement leaders
Show whether coaching landed. Pattern lift over months is the proof, not a survey.
Sales reps
Know exactly what to fix on the next call. Not a talk-ratio score. A specific missed question, a specific stronger hook.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
Can we customise the rubric to our own sales playbook?
Yes. The default rubric covers 7 stages and 47 parameters. On setup we tune it to your stages, your signals, and your definition of a good call. Most teams keep 10 to 15 parameters at the end of the exercise. It takes a day, not a quarter.
Does the scoring recalibrate as we change the playbook?
Yes. The rubric is versioned. When you add a stage or reweight a signal, the new version applies to calls from that day forward. Older calls keep their original score so trend lines stay honest.
How is this different from Gong scoring?
Gong scores calls too, but the rubric is fixed. Ours is customisable. Gong also focuses on talk ratios and filler words. We focus on stage-appropriate signals. A discovery call needs different scoring than a demo, which needs different scoring than a negotiation. Our rubric knows the difference.
What call platforms does it work with?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and your dialler transcripts. We also read transcripts from Fireflies, Otter, Gong, and Chorus if you already have them. No bot needs to join the call if you already have one.
Does it work on cold calls too?
Yes. Cold call scoring uses a shorter rubric focused on opening, framing, and objection handles. Same customisation model. Same speed.
How fast does one call get scored?
Under 60 seconds from transcript to full report.
