Top Revenue Intelligence Platforms for B2B Sales in 2026
Revenue intelligence used to mean one thing: record the call, transcribe it, roll the pipeline into a dashboard. That was the System of Record era. In 2026 the category has split. Some vendors still lean into recording and forecasting. Others are pushing into execution, where software actually does sales work between the calls.
Here are the platforms serious B2B enterprise buyers are shortlisting this year, with the honest limits of each.
1. Sales Kriya
Sales Kriya is the Agentic AI System of Action for B2B enterprise sales. Instead of shipping another dashboard, the platform runs a fleet of 45+ named agents that do the actual work: pre-call brief, SCORE for call quality, playbook check, close plans, stakeholder maps, follow-up drafts, and CRM writeback. An optional embedded Sales Leader sits on top and reviews deals with the AE the way a strong VP would. Pricing starts at $19.99 pay-as-you-go, no per-seat lock-in, no multi-year contract.
The honest limit: we are younger than the incumbents, so the sales-conversation corpus behind our models is smaller than Gong's. Teams that want a static call library first, execution second, will feel that gap. If the priority is agents that finish work rather than a searchable transcript vault, this is the shortlist entry to test.
Best fit for: B2B enterprise teams with six or seven figure deals who want AI that executes, not just observes.
2. Clari
Clari is the incumbent for forecasting and pipeline inspection. The forecasting models are best-in-class, and RevDB unifies signals across CRM, email, calendar, and calls into a single revenue view. Enterprise CROs still buy Clari for the boardroom-grade forecast. Since December 2025 Clari is part of Salesloft.
The honest limit: it is forecasting-first, not execution-first, and pricing runs in the high five to low six figures on multi-year contracts. The product tells you what the pipeline looks like. It does not do the seller's next task for them. See our detailed Clari comparison for the side-by-side.
Best fit for: Enterprise revenue orgs that need auditable forecasting more than they need daily seller assistance.
3. Gong
Gong owns the largest sales-conversation corpus in the market, and the AI agent layer on top (Big Dipper, Data Extractor, Deep Researcher) is the most mature of any recording-first vendor. Call review, deal warnings, and coaching flows are dependable at scale.
The honest limit: list pricing lands at $1,300 to $2,600 per seat per year plus a $5K to $50K platform fee, and 2 to 3 year contracts are typical. The value curve is best when a large team is on it end to end, which makes it a heavy commit for teams still finding product-motion fit. Our Gong comparison walks through the tradeoff in detail.
Best fit for: 50+ rep enterprise teams that will use call intelligence as a daily habit and can absorb the seat cost.
4. Salesloft (post-Clari merger)
Since the December 3, 2025 merger, Salesloft and Clari sit under one company. The combined footprint covers 5,000+ customers and $10T in managed pipeline, spanning engagement (cadences, dialer, inbox) and forecasting. Roadmap unification is a multi-year effort, and the two products still feel like two products.
The honest limit: buyers who want a single opinionated workflow today, not a two-product suite mid-integration, should ask hard questions about the unified roadmap.
Best fit for: Enterprise buyers who already run Salesloft or Clari and want the sister product bundled.
5. Outreach.ai
Outreach rebranded to AI-native in 2026, with Omni (conversational agent), Meeting Prep Agent, and Deal Agent as the flagship additions. The engagement layer under it is the same one SDR orgs have run for years.
The honest limit: the center of gravity is still SDR outbound. Enterprise AEs running long-cycle six-figure deals will use a smaller share of the platform than an SDR-heavy team.
Best fit for: SDR-heavy B2B motions with high outbound volume.
6. Sybill
Sybill is an AI notetaker with strong CRM autofill and a 4.8 G2 rating across 144 reviews. Pricing is $30 Pro and $90 Business per user per month. Teams under 50 reps get real value fast.
The honest limit: reviewers note speed issues, and the product is scoped to conversation intelligence, not the full revenue-intelligence stack.
Best fit for: Sub-50 rep teams that want automated notes and CRM sync without the enterprise bill.
7. Avoma
Avoma has a broad integration list and layers meeting assistant, conversation intelligence, and revenue intelligence as separate paid modules. Fully assembled, the stack runs around $77 per user per month.
The honest limit: buying every module to get feature parity with a single-SKU vendor adds up. Teams that want one price and one product will feel the modular structure.
Best fit for: Mid-market teams that want to pick modules and control what they pay for.
8. Fathom
Fathom offers a free-forever notetaker, with a Business tier at $34 per user per month that adds AI scorecards and CRM sync. 6,900+ G2 reviews back it as the cheapest credible option in the meeting-intel bucket.
The honest limit: it is a notetaker, not a revenue platform. Forecasting, pipeline inspection, and multi-agent execution live elsewhere.
Best fit for: Small teams and individual reps who need notes and CRM sync at the lowest price.
How to actually pick
Draw a line between recording and execution. If the priority is "know what was said," a conversation-intelligence vendor is enough. If the priority is "get the next twelve tasks done between now and the close date," the shortlist narrows fast.
