Outsourced Outbound Pod
We bring the reps, the calling stack, and the review cadence.
You get discovery calls plus the activity behind them. We focus on the outcome.
A managed outbound team that plugs into your GTM. Ramped in 2 to 3 weeks. Every call recorded. Numbers reviewed with you every two weeks.
What it covers
A managed team, not a tool.
For teams entering a new market. Or teams that want outbound pipeline without the hiring cycle.
- ✓Prospect list built from your ICP
- ✓Calls and emails run by the pod
- ✓Messages tested first. Scale what works.
- ✓Every call recorded and scored
- ✓Bi-weekly review on dials, connects, and meetings
- ✓Clean handoff to your sales team when a meeting books
Why it matters
Hiring in-house takes months. A pod skips the cycle.
- •Hiring an SDR in-house takes months. Recruit, train, tool, ramp. A pod skips the cycle.
- •Wrong first hire in a new market is expensive. A pod removes that risk.
- •Regulated buyers need someone who gets their concerns, not a generic script.
- •A team that has run this playbook before finds a working message faster.
Cost-benefit logic
Four ways this is cheaper than hiring in-house.
Avoided cost
No recruiting, onboarding, or management overhead. Skip the 2 to 3 month ramp before any pipeline shows up.
Faster time to pipeline
The pod starts prospecting inside the first 2 weeks.
Lower risk
Short minimum term. No permanent headcount decision on day one.
Bundled tooling
Data, enrichment, and dialer are in the fee. No side spend.
Geographic coverage
Pods in every major B2B market.
Local calling stack per region. Timezone-native scheduling.
| Region | Coverage |
|---|---|
| India | Full domestic coverage. IST business hours. |
| MEA | UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt. India-based team, MEA business hours. Arabic language on request. |
| APAC | Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan. Timezone-native scheduling. |
| UK & EMEA | UK, Ireland, DACH, Nordics, France, Iberia. Native-language calling for German, French, Dutch on request. |
| US & Canada | US number pool, US business hours. All four US timezones covered. |
Pricing varies by region because data and dialer costs differ. Ask for a market-specific proposal.
How we work with you
Six steps. Working session to first meeting.
Two-hour working session
We map product, pitch, ICP, cadence. You walk out with the plan on paper.
Data build
1 to 2 weeks. Accounts, contacts, touchpoints. All worked back from your discovery-call target.
Dialing starts
Realistically expect a few meetings in month one, still ramping.
Full ramp
Month 2 onwards. The pod runs at the target we set together in the working session.
Bi-weekly review
One hour every two weeks. Calls, numbers, objections. We decide what to change together.
Six-month checkpoint
We sit down and decide whether to extend, add BDRs, expand markets, or wind down.
Common questions
Frequently asked.
How long is the minimum engagement?
Six months. Anything shorter cannot fairly evaluate an outbound motion.
Do you commit to a specific meeting number?
The number depends on your ICP, geography, data quality, product complexity, and deal size. After the working session, we set a target together. If you already run outbound, we look at your current numbers and set the goal from there.
What if a BDR is not working out?
We replace them at our cost. You never carry the ramp risk of a bad hire.
Can we start with one BDR?
Yes. Two is the default because a one-BDR pod has single-point-of-failure risk on sick days and coverage gaps. Talk to us if you prefer one.
What tools are included?
Data, enrichment, dialer, email sequencing. Bundled. No separate spend from your side.
What regions do you cover?
India, MEA, APAC, UK & EMEA, US & Canada. Every region has a local calling stack and timezone-native scheduling. Pricing varies by region.
